Founder and Chairman of GoldenSand Capital, focused on high-technology investments in semiconductors, new energy, and related sectors.

Mr. Wu led investments in LatticePower, Great Wisdom Software, Silevo Solar, SEEO, Aleees, Ronbay New Energy, and other high-technology companies.

Mr. Wu conducted research on SAW filters and BiCMOS semiconductors in Ottawa, Canada. He returned to China in 1993 and was responsible for Nortel Networks' strategic investment and China market development in the 1990s.

He helped establish Shanghai Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (ASMC), Shanghai's first 0.8-micron semiconductor foundry, and promoted the deployment of CDMA wireless base station business in China.

Mr. Wu is an MIT Sloan Fellow and an honorary citizen of Shunde/Foshan, Nanchang, and Changzhou.

Mr. Wu has extensive industrial resources in Silicon Valley, Boston, Israel, and Europe. He has served as China investment advisor to Temasek, supported the growth of Southern University of Science and Technology, and currently serves as Vice Chair of its Council.

Joined the head office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in 1997, transferred to the preparatory group of China Huarong Asset Management in 2000, and was seconded to the Financial Stability Bureau of the People's Bank of China in 2003.

Participated in the ICBC listing preparation group, responsible for the non-performing asset separation plan and work related to the State Council's Delong restructuring office.

Previously served as Director and Deputy General Manager of Juxin Fund Management, established by CITIC Group and Sichuan Development, and Chairman of its subsidiary Huizhixin Fund Management.

Previously served as Chairman of A-share listed company Jiaying Pharmaceutical (002198), Fund-of-Funds Risk Control Director at Starquest Capital, and Chairman of Canada GOC Asset Management.

Holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and a doctorate from the China Financial Research Center at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

From May 2004 to October 2010, Mr. Wei served as head of the GSR Ventures investment department and worked with Mr. Sonny Wu and Mr. Lin Renjun in Silicon Valley to establish GSR Ventures.

He invested in high-technology companies including SMIT Holdings, LatticePower, EpiLight, and Silevo Solar.

After leaving GSR Ventures, Mr. Wei became a joint actual controller of Nantong Sanjian Holdings, Jingyi Co. (002295), and Shanghai Zendai (HK00755).

He founded Tianjin Qilong Investment Management Partnership and served as Chairman, successfully investing in multiple listed companies at the PE stage.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Temple University in the United States.

Focused on clean energy and semiconductor investments, led the investment in Ronbay Technology, and participated in strategic ecosystem development across the third-generation semiconductor value chain.

Susie Liu joined GSR Ventures in 2015 and GoldenSand Capital in 2017, while also taking responsibility for the establishment and management of onshore funds.

Before joining GoldenSand, Ms. Liu was responsible for corporate finance and investment at the China headquarters of Fortune 100 company Ericsson and the global headquarters of Fortune 500 company Rexel.

She holds a bachelor's degree from Tongji University in Shanghai and a master's degree from Audencia Nantes School of Management in France.

Joined GoldenSand Capital in 2022 with extensive experience in management, investment promotion, and strategic deployment.

Previously served as Executive Vice President of Tianjin Tianqi New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., Assistant to the Chairman and Strategic Development Director of Tianjin Jixiang Holdings Group, and Director of the Investment Promotion Office of Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Area.

Holds a bachelor's degree from Shandong University and a master's degree from Nankai University.

Previously held management roles including Executive Director and Partner at multiple investment firms, leading investment teams in project screening and due diligence.
